〈전시는 모르겠고 강냉이 털기에도 바쁩니다〉는 ‘저 옥수수 질투 난다, 농신제, 강냉이 털어 국현감’이라는 세 개의 에피소드 영상으로, 야심 차게 땅을 개간하며 옥수수 농사에 뛰어든 작가들의 우당탕 경험담이다. 농사라는 새로운 세계에 발을 디딘 후 이전에 몰랐던 복합적인 감정들을 느끼며 다른 밭의 옥수수들과 비교도 하고 때로는 하늘을 원망하기도 한다. 옥수수를 심고 이것을 강냉이로 만들어 미술관으로 가져오기까지 6개월간의 과정은 마냥 낭만적이지만은 않았다. 다양한 형태의 물질 노동을 기록하면서, 미술관이라는 플랫폼에서 전시를 만들어 가는 예술가들의 노동에 대해서도 고민한다.

I don’t care about exhibition, I’m just busy with corns is a three-episode video that includes I’m jealous of that corn, Nongshinje (Farming ritual for good crop), and From Tilling the Fields to Hitting the MMCA!, which tells the thumping experiences of the artists ambitiously cultivating land and jumping into corn farming. Stepping into the new world of farming, they feel complex emotions that were unknown before, compare their corn to other fields, and sometimes even blame the heavens. The six-month process of planting corn, converting it into gangnaengyi, and bringing it to the museum was not all romantic. While documenting various forms of material labor, the video also considers the labor of artists that create exhibitions within the museum platform.
